These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of macralytics.com and any services provided by Macralytics. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Macralytics provides MIPS reporting and consulting services under the CMS Quality Payment Program (MACRA/MIPS), including eligibility determination, measure selection, data monitoring, validation, submission management, and performance optimization.

No guarantee of results

MIPS scores and payment adjustments are determined by CMS based on many factors, including data we do not control. While we work to maximize your performance, we do not guarantee any specific score, incentive, or financial outcome. Program rules, thresholds, and adjustment percentages are set by CMS and change each performance year.

Not professional advice

Website content is provided for general educational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or clinical-compliance advice. Engagements are governed by a separate services agreement.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information and data access
• Maintain certified EHR technology where applicable
• Review and approve submissions as agreed

Confidentiality & HIPAA

Where services involve protected health information, the parties will execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), and each party will comply with applicable HIPAA requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Macralytics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited as set out in the applicable services agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
